Garland Hall Joins Frontline Education as Chief Client Success Officer

New Executive Hire Will Support Frontline’s Efforts to Expand and Enhance Partnerships with More Than 9,500 K-12 Clients

Malvern, Pa. – April 2, 2019 — Frontline Education, the leading provider of school administration software for the K-12 education community, today announced that Garland Hall has joined the executive team as Chief Client Success Officer. The strategic hire is part of Frontline’s ongoing commitment to investment in the company’s award-winning client success and support organization.

Garland Hall comes to Frontline Education from Ellucian, where he served as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success. With more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, including more than 15 years of leadership in SAAS-related client services, Garland has built and led teams dedicated to optimizing functions, ensuring satisfaction and driving results across the entire client lifecycle.
