Frontline’s Browser Support Policy

To  ensure that we can successfully meet our customers’ needs and provide the best service possible, we have developed a browser support policy for our solutions. This policy reflects the latest industry standards and our commitment to supporting our customers.

Supported Browsers

We support the most widely-used modern browsers: Safari, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Chrome. More specifically, we actively support the most recent iterations of these browsers as well as any versions released within 3 years, on a rolling basis.

Supported Mobile Platforms

For our native mobile apps, we support current versions of iOS and Android, as well as previous versions released within the past 3 years, on a rolling basis.

What Our Policy Means

Individuals using an unsupported browser or system will still be able to access our solutions, but may experience technical issues as we release new or improved functionalities.

Updating to the latest version of a supported browser ensures a better user experience and active support — should an issue arise with a supported version, we are committed to quickly resolving the matter and ensuring full, continual functionality. In addition, it’s a good industry practice to regularly update your browser to keep up with new security updates.
