Frontline empowers strategic K-12 leaders with school administration software to proactively manage your human capital, business operations and special education.
For 25 years our team and products have been built as a result of seeing real needs within districts.
Frontline gives your teachers, staff, and administrators all of the tools they need, all in one place.
Students in your district are completing CCMR pathways right now – but some of them still won’t count.
Not because they didn’t do the work, but because they didn’t meet the exact eligibility requirements under TEA rules.
That’s where most districts get caught off guard.
CCMR data lives across multiple systems. Gaps tied to IBC alignment, program of study, or missing requirements often aren’t visible until PEIMS submission – when there’s no time left to close them.
The impact shows up quickly in both accountability and funding.
In one district, 363 students looked CCMR-ready – but only 177 actually generated Outcomes Bonus funding.
That left 186 students who didn’t count, representing over $600K in missed funding.
This session focuses on how districts are getting ahead of that earlier in the year.
We’ll walk through how teams are:
You’ll also see how district and campus leaders are using this visibility to focus interventions, support principals and counselors, and make more informed decisions about where to invest time and resources.
The goal is simple: fewer surprises, more students counting toward CCMR, and a clearer path to capture available funding.

Frontline Student Analytics Lab gives district leaders early, actionable visibility into CCMR progress – so you can identify which students truly meet requirements and where gaps still exist before it’s too late.
With Student Analytics Lab, teams can validate CCRM indicators against TEA requirements, track IBC attainment and program alignment, and quickly pinpoint students who are one step away from counting. This allows districts to intervene earlier, support campuses more effectively, and protect both accountability outcomes and funding.
