Indiana school finance leaders are under pressure to do more than complete the annual budget. Property-tax reform, assessed valuation changes, circuit breakers, and staffing costs don’t stop at year one — and a one-year budget template can’t show you what’s coming.

Join Baker Tilly Advisory Group and Frontline Education for a practical, budget-first session designed for Indiana SBOs and district finance leaders. We’ll break down Indiana’s funding changes in plain English, then show how to connect your revenue assumptions, expenditures, and fund balance into a multi-year forecast that supports real decisions — for your board, your staff, and your community.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clear understanding of how Indiana property-tax reform affects your district’s revenue over multiple years
  • A framework for moving from one-year compliance to multi-year sustainability
  • Practical next steps whether or not you currently use Frontline Analytics

Presented in partnership with Baker Tilly Advisory Group.
