Lynnette Thorstensen serves as the Professional Learning Specialist for Brevard Public School. She has worked in education for 29 years moving from a teaching position to school counselor and now serving at the district in the Office of Professional Learning and Development. Lynnette works as the primary district contact for Frontline Professional Learning Management and has helped teachers and district content specialist work toward reimagining the delivery of professional learning content.
Stephen Castle serves as the Director of Professional Learning and Leadership Development for Hanover County Public Schools. He has worked in education for over 30 years going from the classroom to division-level leadership roles. Dr. Castle has a passion for engaging learners with practical professional development sessions and is not afraid to apply creative solutions to stale challenges facing educators today.
Susan Walters has spent the last decade helping K-12 districts strengthen their approach to recruiting, developing, and retaining staff. As Solutions Director at Frontline Education, she works closely with school leaders to address workforce challenges through strategy, technology, and cross-functional alignment.
