Employees can clock in via a kiosk, directly from their computer, or using contactless options such as the Frontline mobile app. Since you define the rules for time collection, the need for manual edits is greatly reduced.
You can use the IP address range feature to prevent employees from clocking in at home or from the wrong location. And to further improve accountability, employees cannot alter timesheets without their supervisor’s approval.
An employee absence entered in Absence Management is automatically updated in the employee’s timesheet. This ensures data is accurate (no over/underpaying employees), and eliminates the extra time spent on rekeying information from one system to the other. Combined reporting ensures the appropriate funding codes are used for time worked and absences. And employees who are self-reporting can use the same login credentials or mobile app that they use for Absence Management.
Time & Attendance allows you to customize pay rules to automate the calculation of both common payroll rules and rules that are specific to K-12.
