In this era of such a high need for teachers and for staff, we are constantly being asked, ‘How many openings do you have, what does that look like?’…And for us, a lot of manual data collection takes place to do that, and we aren’t really a hundred percent sure it’s accurate because it changes every minute….Being able to finally just click on a button and see, at that moment, how many are approved, how many are pending approval, how many vacancies we still have, where they are? Are they all high school, are they all elementary, do we need to be targeting a certain area? That’s just huge for us, and to be able to do that quickly and efficiently, both here at the district level and in the school level, is going to be a game changer for us.”

Customer service for our district is huge. We are really looking forward to using this system to not only give employees the empowerment to look up their own data anytime they want to, but they can also request changes straight from the system. They can look and see what they have, they can request a transfer, they can request time off. The possibilities are really endless. We’ve done so much already using digital forms and automating some things for our employees, but it’s going to be just so much better for them in the future!”
