Matt Strazza

Matt Strazza is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Frontline Education, where he drives the company’s strategic vision and oversees its growth and innovation. In his role, Matt is dedicated to expanding Frontline’s market presence, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational excellence. He is committed to enabling positive culture and enhancing employee engagement to cultivate a work environment that provides world-class service and support to the K-12 community.

Before joining Frontline, Matt was President and CEO of ConstructConnect, where he led the company to become a leader in providing project information, data analytics, and preconstruction software for the construction industry. He also served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Deltek, managing global sales teams and enterprise software solutions. His extensive career includes senior executive roles in consulting, sales, and operations at CA Technologies.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Penn State University. Outside of work, he is actively involved with Community Access, a nonprofit that supports housing and social services for individuals with mental health concerns, and he is passionate about supporting emerging writers and directors in the arts.
