Jon Kost 

As Chief Strategy Officer at Frontline Education, Jon leads enterprise strategy, long-term planning, and other key initiatives that drive innovation and growth, with a focus on emerging technologies and Frontline’s AI-First transformation.

He has over 20 years of experience in technology, data strategy, and business transformation. Before Frontline, Jon was Chief Strategy Officer at ConstructConnect, where he oversaw company strategy, drove inorganic growth, and established a market and competitive intelligence practice. He also held leadership roles at Symbility Solutions and CoreLogic, which are now branded Cotality, driving innovation in complex industries.

Jon is passionate about strategic problem-solving and fostering collaboration across large organizations. He lives in Wisconsin with his wife and three daughters and enjoys chainsaw work, hunting, and traveling.
