Hope Needham

Hope Needham is the Chief People & Culture Officer at Frontline Education, where she leads efforts to strengthen organizational culture, foster employee engagement, and support the company’s mission to deliver impactful solutions for the K-12 community. Hope works closely with leadership to create a high-performance culture that engages employees and drives the company’s growth and success. 

Before joining Frontline, Hope served as Chief People Officer at ConstructConnect, where she cultivated a culture of collaboration and inclusion, enhanced employee satisfaction, and aligned the people strategy with business objectives. Earlier, at Deltek, Hope developed a comprehensive coaching program, making coaching accessible to all employees and strengthening leadership capabilities. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, she is known for her passion for coaching, building trusted relationships, and delivering transformative solutions to complex challenges. Hope’s enthusiasm for education stems from growing up in a family dedicated to teaching and learning. 

Hope holds her PHR and Coaching Certifications and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
