Frontline empowers strategic K-12 leaders with school administration software to proactively manage your human capital, business operations and special education.
For 25 years our team and products have been built as a result of seeing real needs within districts.
Frontline gives your teachers, staff, and administrators all of the tools they need, all in one place.
Every boundary review draws public scrutiny. In a large or capacity-constrained district, that scrutiny compounds — more scenarios to model, more constituencies to reconcile, and more at stake before a single recommendation ever reaches a board vote. The right tools make drawing the lines straightforward. Defending them to your community is the harder part.
Join leaders from Frontline Education and Thru for a look at how districts facing growth, consolidation, or a long-overdue review can reach a defensible, board-approved outcome — without building the process, defending every scenario, or absorbing the political exposure alone.
You’ll see how Fairfax County Public Schools — one of the ten largest school systems in the country — completed its first comprehensive boundary review in 40 years: six scenarios modeled, a multilingual community tool in seven languages, 39 engagement sessions, roughly 100,000 public comments, and an 8–3 board vote to adopt the recommended plan.
This session is for superintendents and operations and facilities leaders whose next boundary decision will be contested — and who want a credible, data-backed process behind it.
