About this webinar

Even the best strategic plan will fail without clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and a way to keep the community informed. Join Consolidated High School District 230 to learn how they’ve transformed planning into action with data at the center.

With more than 8,000 students across three schools, District 230 faced the challenge of identifying the most critical metrics for student success and then acting on them. In this 30-minute session, district leaders share how they built a focused, transparent dashboard using Frontline’s Student Analytics Lab and how they are using that data to guide monthly board conversations, direct improvement efforts, and refine their strategies over time.
