  • A new learner-focused landing page for all Professional Growth users, My Growth Journey delivers a comprehensive view into professional learning activity and evaluations already completed (“Where I’ve Been”), in-progress learning and evaluation events (“Where I Am Now”), growth goals for the future (“Where I’m Going”), as well as personalized learning resources to aid in the journey (“How I Get There”). This new page provides a graphical, action-oriented dashboard to help every staff member map and navigate their unique professional growth journey.
Employee Evaluation Management
  • Evaluators with the ability to finalize and roll over an educator’s evaluation now have a “Finalize Only” option. This new capability will finalize the educator’s current/active evaluation cycle without creating a new evaluation cycle for the upcoming school year or term. This can be useful when finalizing evaluations for staff members who are retiring or not returning in the near term where a new evaluation is not needed and having one that goes unused only creates more work for late.
  • Administrators responsible for managing Evaluation Rights district-wide can now easily bulk-delete Evaluation Rights in one request. For organizations who opt to delete and re-establish Evaluation Rights on an annual or recurring basis, the asynchronous “Delete All” process can accomplish the former in a matter of just three clicks.
Frontline HRMS
  • HR can now quickly see What changes were made, When and Where they were made, and by Whom by leveraging a new “Change Log” tab available on the employee profile. This provides a running log of additions and changes to demographic, employment and assignment data.
  • Campus users with access to an organization’s list of positions can now see the % split of funding and access a plain language breakdown of the account string. This quick access to the account % split and descriptors for each account element helps bring clarity into the funding of positions that campus users are responsible for.

  • Purchasing: Improved Purchasing Import Process – Users can now Import up to 5,000 new asset records from a CSV file.
  • Report: New fields of Grade and Location ID have been added to the “Audit Listing Report.”
  • User Permissions: The Department Administrator User Role access has changed; “District Settings” is now hidden.
  • Mobile App for iOS and Android: Users can now add Charges to Staff and Students after collections by long pressing on the tag that needs to have a charge added to it.
Frontline Asset Management
  • Bulk Actions: “Merge Tickets” has been added to simplify managing tickets by allowing technicians to merge up to 20 tickets into one ticket.
  • Problem Type Management: The default “Other” Problem Type can now be set to inactive, so users cannot submit to this category.
  • Report: “Total Tickets by Service Group” report now shows the workloads of each service group broken down by problem type.

  • The new and improved PDF Workflow that is used when opening documents linked to candidate or recent hire has been enhanced.
Frontline Central
  • Form Builder capabilities have been expanded to increase flexibility, improve the layout, and make it easier to understand for administrators and staff members.
  • Forms can now be customized to match an organization’s branding with logos and colors.
  • Electronic forms distributed in Central can be exported en masse from the track forms page.
Frontline HRMS
  • HR staff can now send reminder notifications to the next approver for outstanding HR requests right from the dashboard.
  • Requestors and submitters of requests (including principals, department heads and administrative assistants) now have easy visibility to all their own position and staff requests awaiting authorization and can easily send reminders.

  • Staff/user profile forms have a new, modernized look and functionality to improve ease of use.
  • Report authors can now include custom fields (also known as “Other Fields”) when building select reports using the Report Writer utility.

  • A new administrative self-service feature supports downloading staff member forms out of the system in bulk.
  • A new administrative feature in the form builder supports inclusion of an organization logo on webforms as well as assignments, supplementals, and credentials in an easily readable table format.
Frontline HRMS
  • HR staff now have visibility to all position and staff requests awaiting authorization, ensuring action by approvers in a timely manner.
  • Rehires and transfers can be processed directly from Recruiting & Hiring by selecting a matching existing record upon hire.
  • HR and central administrators now have a quick view and insights into the way a position has transformed and been fulfilled over its history.
  • Calendars are now simpler to create, with ability to copy from existing, and add calendar dates en masse.
  • Notification Management capabilities have been enhanced to simplify and better organize the notifications, provide more and consistent data parameters in the configurable messages, and be more accessible to individual employees to manage their notification preferences.

  • Users can now “favorite” reports and filter by Favorite Reports when desired.
  • A new report, Immunization Certificate Expiration C-292, has been added for reporting on the Immunization Certificate expiration date in the Medical tab in the student’s profile.
  • The C-275 Report Test Passed field has been changed to Test Results and includes Pending, Negative, or Positive results.
  • The Events Details C-052 Report has new Results, Actions, and Disposition search criteria to assist districts in the refinement of their report results.
  • The COVID-19 Cases with Vaccine History C-291 has new data points added, such as Test Date and Test Results.
  • The Counseling Session Statistics 2113 Report has been updated to include Sessions.
  • The Massachusetts Monthly 2207 Report has been updated to show the current school year in the upper right corner of the report.
  • Source Data has been added to the Texas Immunization Annual 5201 Report and the School Year has been updated to 2021-2022 on the pdf output.
  • Immunization Exemptions have been added to Static/Text Lists to allow districts to disable any of the Exemptions types.
  • A new setting has been added to Administration/System Parameters/Immunization Registry Data. This will allow districts who have purchased the IRC to also import Staff COVID-19 vaccines via the state registry.
  • A new Security Role setting in Options of Delete Education Sessions has been added.
  • Districts can import Student Status and Living Arrangements data to enable the MA Annual Report to populate data for ELL and Homeless statuses for students.
  • Set-Up Wizard has been enhanced to show error messages when data isn’t accurate in the import file for Staff COVID-19 vaccines.
  • Two new billing fields of Method and Group Size have been added to Billing Templates in the Billing Menu for Virginia clients.

Professional Learning Management catalog administrators can incorporate these new GCN compliance titles as part of Online Learning Program activities.
  • The My Resources area of the Resource Library has new tools including folder capabilities and a “Shared with Me” area to help users better organize and access resources.

  • HR Admins and IT staff can now re-order export template data fields using drag and drop functionality and can copy export fields to be displayed multiple times to allow greater flexibility with building templates that can align with third-party systems.
Frontline HRMS
  • Principals and department leaders can now request modifications to positions, with authorizations channeled through administration defined workflows and accompanying audit trail.
  • HR staff can now manage the return-to-work date and status for employees on extended leave of absence.
  • HRMS clients now have visibility to Employment Groups in the Staff Directory and for use on Frontline Central forms.

  • The Immunization Compliance feature provides users a way to see immunization delinquencies and recalculations and the ability to queue students for recalculation.
  • The Immunization Dose entry screen has been updated for faster documentation.
  • Multiple series can now be selected when entering new exemptions to create efficiencies for users.
  • A CSV and PDF button and date range has been added to the COVID-19 Dashboard, Quarantine/Isolation widget to allow users to better customize your search.
  • The new Security Role Option to Delete Group Events has been added to allow users to disable this functionality.
  • A date range was added to the COVID-19 Questionnaire Dashboard Failed widget to allow users the ability to follow up on previous day fails.
  • COVID-19 testing and vaccination features and updates to existing features have been added to help districts manage and track this information including importing staff COVID-19 vaccines.
  • A new form on the Health Portal To Do List for Staff to provide COVID-19 vaccine information and card upload. Staff will see this if the form has been enabled.
  • A new prescreen question for the Health Portal Daily Health Check for Staff to provide the latest COVID-19 testing results and the ability to upload a copy of their test results. Staff will see the prescreen question if it has been enabled and they aren’t fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
  • IRC clients will be able to import staff COVID-19 vaccines from the state registry if the registry is housing this information.

  • A new options has been added for medication and medical procedure orders to serve a dual purpose – scheduled daily and also PRN/as needed – without needing to have two events for the same service.
Health Portal
  • Biometrics has been enabled for the Health Portal users so they can login with face recognition, pin or fingerprint ID, depending on the user’s device capabilities.
  • All Daily Health Check retakes will now appear in the Portal Form Response tab in the user’s profile with any retaken results shown with a strike through.
  • A new status for those in Isolation or Quarantine has been added to the History tab of the portal for those who are completing the Daily Health Check that will show when sharing the results of the Daily Health Check.

  • The teacher Contact Trace tab now reflects students in the teacher’s roster to enable quick access to relevant student information.

  • A Discharge Summary has been added to the form designer with Time In and Time Out fields to enable districts to collect required data for documentation.
