Melissa McCabe serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Frontline Education, where she leads the company’s sales and marketing teams, driving strategic growth and expanding Frontline’s impact in the K-12 education sector. With a strong background in sales leadership and technology solutions, Melissa has dedicated her career to helping education organizations enhance operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Frontline, Melissa held leadership roles at PowerSchool and Blackboard (now Anthology Inc.), where she played a pivotal role in market expansion and building strategic partnerships in K-12 and higher education. She also spent over 17 years at IBM, gaining extensive experience in sales strategy, client engagement, and technology-driven business solutions. Most recently, she served as Chief Sales Officer at Elevate K-12, contributing to initiatives that expanded access to high-quality instruction for school districts nationwide.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Network Communication Systems Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Ohio University.
