- Add COVID-19 illness as an Office Visit Symptom.
- Alert staff members about COVID-19 documented office visits in the district.

Frontline Absence & Time
New Functionality to:
- Absence Reason Trend Analysis: Track the number and percentage of employees absent from school for a specific day or date range to identify absence reason trends.
Helpful Functionality to:
- Add school closed days to a calendar and remove all scheduled days for an absence (e.g. snow days, calamity days, breaks, or other days off).
- Communicate to all Absence users with a pop-up alert upon login to the system.
- Attach a file to all absences in the entire district (e.g. evacuation plan, health guidelines, etc.) and make it available to substitutes.
- Attach lesson plans to an absence and make them available to a substitute.
- Send a mass email to all employees and substitutes.
- Run a report in 90-day periods to track absence reason trends by building.
- Report on highest absence dates.

- New! We have created a new form in response to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) bill, which went into effect April 1st, and introduces new requirements for certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for issues related to COVID-19. You can submit a request to our Support Team to have the FFCRA Acknowledgement form added to your Form Template Library, allowing you to digitally send, track and store each employee’s acknowledgement of these new guidelines.
