Have you experienced turnover within the past few years and your current AP staff was not a part of the original decision-making process? Has your district recently gone live with Frontline ERP but would like a deeper understanding of certain processes? Then this certification course is for YOU! Frontline ERP’s AP Certification course allows you to become a certified expert in Accounts Payable. From checking for 3-way match prior to entering invoices to creating positive pay files and check registers after a check run, this course will deep dive into the processes within the Frontline ERP software that your district is running on a daily basis to facilitate the Accounts Payable process. Attendees will review the Accounts Payable module under a microscope to build a comprehensive understanding of core system functionality and gain insight into additional processes that can assist with daily tasks. Using a combination of training methods centered around adult learning, this course is designed to provide attendees with hands-on learning opportunities and foster a sense of community among districts using Frontline ERP where ideas and best practices can be exchanged with other Accounts Payable users. A course workbook will be provided that will contain additional learning opportunities and resources. Upon completion of the course, attendees will be required to create a plan of action detailing how they will use their newfound knowledge to improve business processes within their district, such as potential changes to system permissions or changes to operational decisions. It will apply to both HR users and Payroll users with at least one year of experience in the software. The agenda includes understanding dates, searches, exports, mass changes, and reports.
