Absence Management Virtual Certification Course - January 11-26, 2022

This Absence Management Certification Course is an interactive learning series to certify system administrators in Absence Management functionality. During the sessions, a Frontline facilitator guides you through the fundamental elements of Absence Management including system structure, substitute job visibility, employee absence features & functionality, schools and campus users, master data system settings, basic letter writer, basic security, structure, approvals, letter writer, and basic report writer. Your participation in interactive hands-on instruction, group discussions, and real-world scenarios are part of the certification process, as well as additional independent application of the learning between sessions. Time & Attendance Virtual Certification Course - February 8-27, 2022

The Time & Attendance Certification Course supports System Administrators in managing the Time & Attendance system, from basic processes to Report Writer functionality. Over six virtual sessions, this course explores key areas of the system to support your success, including Time Cert: Contracts, Positions, Job Types, Calendar, User Templates, Staff Groups, Payroll processes, Timesheets, Reporting and Report Writer. We also explore connections between Frontline’s Absence Management and Time & Attendance. Extensive hands-on instruction, group discussions with your peers, and real-world scenarios are built into the learning experience. As a participant, you can ask questions, share challenges and successes, and apply what you have learned to your own organization, in real time. In between each virtual session, you’ll have an opportunity to engage in independent work with specific feedback from the facilitator to further enhance your learning. Report Writer Virtual Seminar for Absence OR Time - April 26-28, 2022

The Report Writer Virtual Seminar for either Absence Management OR Time & Attendance is three sessions of virtual instruction, led by an expert Frontline Education facilitator. During the sessions, we will guide participants in understanding Report Writer functionality, application and reports that exist in Absence Management and for clients with Time & Attendance (separate sessions are provided for those specific reports). Sessions will be from 1:30-3pm Easter Time on the following dates: Tuesday, April 26 Wednesday, April 27 Thursday, April 28 Throughout the sessions, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions, share challenges and successes, and apply the learning in your own organization, in real time. Virtual sessions are recorded in the event you are unable to attend all or part of a session. The price for this extended interactive series is $395/registrant.
