Frontline Absence & Time
Absence Management
- New Undelete Absence functionality allows Organization Users to undelete deleted absences.
- A new Mobile History tab allows administrators to see which subs were notified about a job via the mobile app and when.

- The Learning Center has been redesigned to provide an intuitive and consistent experience to helps users find the information more easily.

Learning & Collaboration Resources
- A new My Resources Page gives users the ability to upload and share resources, including videos to create a collaborative video, for targeted sharing to a coach, mentor, etc. to facilitate collaboration and learning.
- Email notifications now alert users about resources that have been shared with them in the Resource Library.
Frontline Central
- A new track forms summary page provides a rolled-up view of forms and status with the ability to drill down to provide time savings to administrative users accessing data.
- The track forms page now supports sending workflow notifications en masse to allow administrative users a way to initiate workflow notification reminders for incomplete forms.
- Form response data can now be exported to Excel to provide administrative users the ability to do further analysis to support data-driven decision making.
- New tools in the export template builder enable better data integration capabilities with 3rd party systems to lessen the burden on administrative users related to manual data updates.
Frontline School Health Management
EHR & School Nursing Management
- Case Management dates for the return to school can be adjusted from the default of 14 days to align with local district policy.
- The Health Portal has been updated to make the Health Check accessible via the header and will show Health Check status with the ability to retake, print, and share results in both the web and mobile apps to streamline the Health Check process.
- The teacher Contact Trace tab now reflects students in the teacher’s roster to enable quick access to relevant student information.
Mental & Behavioral Health Management
- A Discharge Summary has been added to the form designer with Time In and Time Out fields to enable districts to collect required data for documentation.
