Here are a few quick answers to other questions you might have about the event.
Insights Summit 2020 will be hosted at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, Texas.
The main event will be held on March 24-25, 2020, with an evening welcome reception on March 23. Pre-conference add-ons will also be available for the day of March 23 (details to be announced).
The Insights Summit provides Frontline clients with the opportunity to step back from the day-to-day and learn with and from other education professionals. You’ll be motivated by inspiring keynotes, hear real-life strategies from fellow districts, and learn practical ways to get more out of the Frontline solutions.
Breakout sessions will include tracks with deep dives into the Frontline solutions, led by a mix of clients and Frontline product experts. An additional thought leadership track will help leaders explore insights from the Frontline Research & Learning Institute, with tangible ways to evaluate and act around your own data.
District professionals, including Superintendents; Assistant Superintendents; Directors and other professionals from HR, Curriculum/Instruction, Special Education, Business/Finance, Technology; Principals; Frontline system administrators.
Your registration of $1199 per person ($999 early bird) includes lodging at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa on March 23-24, as well as entrance to all activities and meals that are included in the event. The registration cost does NOT include travel/transportation costs, parking or the daily resort fee.
A resort fee will apply to each night of your stay (not included in registration). The resort fee includes access to Windflower Spa facilities, preferred golf tee times, on-site recreational activities like bicycle rentals, nightly s’mores by the fire, outdoor games and more. Self-parking and valet parking are also available for an additional fee and not included in registration cost.
A personal credit card will be requested upon check-in for incidentals and the resort fee.

Any friends, family and colleagues are welcome to come with you but would not have access to the event activities or meals without purchasing an event registration.
